Full Protection (MIPS Certified) Backcountry Helmet

While we really like the Cynic AT2, the Vision X helmet is a touch heavier but adds several features with MIPS protection being on top of the list. MIPS is an inner membrane that allows diffusion energy during an impact. This alone is would be a stand out reason to buy this helmet over other models but Pret ads a vent switch, Fidlock magnet buckle, and a nice fury liner. While more expensive, it's an excellent helmet if you can work it in your budget.
